Margaret is a painter who finds her inspiration in nature – the elegance of flowers and the boldness of the abstracted shapes of the countryside. Margaret developed her skills during her Fine Art degree in Edinburgh. She enjoys experimenting and mixing media and colour to get the right effect.
Art and painting has been invaluable to Margaret during the recent lockdowns. When not painting, Margaret divides her time between writing and painting and also enjoys walking, keeping fit, cooking and gardening.
Her favourite tool is her watercolour paints. When asked about her studio space, she describes it as, “a mess”!
